Avenue B Development, LLC specializes in the construction, renovation, and interior styling of classic central Austin homes. Principal contractor Jeff Bullard has over 10 years in the construction industry; his dedication to high-quality craftsmanship that stands the test of time can be seen in every aspect of his work. Principal developer and designer Katie Bullard has over 10 years experience in design, historic preservation, and real estate strategy. She holds a Bachelors and Masters degree from the University of Virginia School of Architecture, with a Professional Certificate in Historic Preservation. Together, they have brought their skills and sensibilities to design and remodel homes all across Austin.
In 2011, Avenue B's homes have been honored with selection on the Hyde Park Historic Homes Tour and the NARI Tour of Remodeled Homes.
Avenue B Development is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, the Heritage Society of Austin, and the Austin Young Chamber of Commerce.
