The Gibson, a 1910 Victorian home, had been in disrepair when the new owners bought the property. The project included renovating the existing 1,200 square feet, while adding 1,100 square feet as a 2nd story addition, all while maintaining the original facade of the home. The interior is highlighted by custom built-ins and cabinetry throughout the 1st floor to accommodate the owner’s large book collection.
