After a decade of living in this 1996 Great Hills home, the homeowners
wanted to transform the original space into a modern farmhouse dream.
Located in an established neighborhood, Avenue B worked with designer
Patrice Rios Design to bring life back into the 1,847 SF residence
with wide plank oak floors, a spacious gourmet kitchen and modern
lighting fixtures throughout. No detail went unnoticed with both
bathrooms being carefully thought out by Austin local design company,
Troo Designs. To complete the renovation, a durable, composite wood
deck was built overlooking the backyard, providing an enjoyable
entertaining space.
