A 1910s South Austin Victorian was in the perfect location for an Austin couple looking for a home near downtown for their family. At 1200 square feet, it was too small to meet all their needs, so we doubled the size of the home while retaining the property’s original charm and infusing modern elements throughout.

The kitchen in our Milton project was named the best remodeled kitchen in the $30-$60k range by the Austin NARI Contractor of the Year in 2016.
